GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD
- Asking is:
Relational
Vulnerable
Exercises our will and is more than a wish
- Asking should be:
Daily – this frees us of entitlement and develops gratitude in a culture of excess
Lets us see answers to prayer in little things which gives us faith
Develops faithfulness in our lives to persist and trust God
- Asking reveals that God:
Cares (relational)
Is influenced by our prayers (vulnerable)
Really does hear and responds to our prayers (Asking in HIS name and agreeing for HIS will in our lives)
Proverbs 30:8

I urge you, brothers and sisters, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.
