SENIORS CONNECT
We meet to discuss and study many topics that relate to God’s Word. We love to have fellowship and enjoy coffee together. This semester our sessions will centre on Jesus as portrayed in the stories of Creation, the Patriarchs, Joseph, Moses, Ruth & Boaz, and David. This is a 6 week study which examines the Jewish roots of the Messiah in the Old Testament. Material for this study will be taken from “Mysteries of the Messiah” published by Rabbi Jason Sobel who is a Messianic Jewish Rabbi.

BREAKING FREE
Hi! My name is Amy – I’m a wife and stay-at-home mom to two little boys and I’m passionate about following Jesus. It brings me so much joy to see other people experience God’s presence and walk in the freedom we have in Jesus. One of the places where we need to experience more of God is in our physical bodies. The way we view our bodies is actually a deeply spiritual issue. The reality is, 97% of women struggle with body image issues, and 100% of us live in our bodies every single day, experiencing all sorts of brokenness. We need a biblical understanding of our bodies, and we need to reclaim the truth that God doesn’t make mistakes and he made our bodies good!

PERSON & WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
Our subject of study “The person and works of the Holy Spirit” was chosen because I have come to realize (with prayer) that He is part of the Godhead that we seem to know the least about. God the Father is on the throne, Jesus is seated at His right hand and the Holy Spirit is the one on earth that works in and through us, and yet we often struggle to recognize or understand His importance in our daily lives. Join us for this important study, rich conversation, and warm fellowship, all from the comfort of your own home.

CROSS REFERENCE
This group is a “no homework” Bible study for young adults+ and you can come jump in at any point of the year. We read a chapter of the Bible together out loud, in varying versions, and discuss as we go. This is a place to share your thoughts, questions, and perspectives of the chapters, in a respectful way and non-judgmental zone. I have also been wanting to learning how to knit, so that is potentially to come! Let’s relax and connect!

PARKVIEW WOMEN'S GROUP
Women of all walks of life, come join us on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm for a time of connection and growth. We will be working through the book “Unseen: The Gift of Being Hidden in a World that loves to be Noticed” by Sara Hagerty, and engaging in conversation about how this applies to our lives and relationship with God. This concept is something that so many of us can relate to, especially with coming out of a season of hiddenness and isolation that the pandemic brought. The hope is for women to connect across generations and learn, share and grow together.
